Hi I'm Rachel and I run Eden Rose Yoga, I believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone regardless of their mobility, fitness level or experience. My classes are designed to be welcoming and inclusive, and I am passionate about making yoga accessible to all.

I offer a range of classes that focus on both the traditional teachings of yoga, breathwork and more modern understandings of mobility. My classes offer both mat and chair based options. My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment that is designed to help you connect with your body, mind and spirit.

My Love of Yoga

Eden Rose Yoga is a passion project that began when I found yoga 20 years ago. After the bereavement of my daughter in pregnancy, I was driven back to my practice of yoga and it brought me great peace and solace. I decided to name my business after her, as a way of honouring her memory.

My mission is to share the calming effects of yoga with as many people as possible. To me, yoga is more than just a physical practice. It is a way of life, and I believe that it can bring balance and harmony into our lives. I want to bring this sense of peace to everyone who walks through my door.

About Me

I have practiced yoga for over 20 years. In 2019 I decided to change that passion and become a teacher.

I have fully qualified and insured to teach both online and in person yoga and hold the following qualifications:

  • 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher

  • 500hrs Currently working towards

  • Chair Yoga

  • Sleep Recovery Yoga

  • BSc Psychology
